HUNTER COURT 2010/2011 SESSION.

EN-SUITE ROOM £80.00 PER WEEK FOR A 48 WEEK TENANCY

Tenancy is from September to August.

Within the Hunter Court Building we have 12, 5 Bedroom Flats, all bedrooms are en-suite, with their own private shower, toilet and wash hand basin. Fully furnished with communal living room and kitchen. All separate kitchens are fully fitted with all cutlery & crockery, oven/hob, fridge freezers, kettle, toaster and Microwave, Iron/Ironing Board, and Vacuum Cleaner. We provide a suite of furniture in the separate living room’s; Bedrooms have a single bed, study desk, chair and reading lamp.
The Deposit is £200.00 per person. Rent can be paid monthly if required at no additional cost. We provide free parking, secure entry phone system and bicycle racks. Laundry Facilities are available at both buildings for use by residents. The allowance for the utilities is included in the Rent amount.
We start taking Application for the September intake in January of that year.

STANDARD ROOM £75.00 PER WEEK FOR A 48 WEEK TENANCY.
Tenancy is from September to August.

Within the Coopers Court building we have 3, 4, 5 and 6 Bedroom Flats, all fully furnished with communal living room, kitchen and bathroom facilities. All separate kitchens are fully fitted with all cutlery & crockery, oven/hob, fridge freezers, kettle, toaster and Microwave, Iron/Ironing Board, and Vacuum Cleaner. We provide a suite of furniture in the separate living room’s; Bedrooms have a single bed, study desk, chair and reading lamp.
